A component can be anything such as a single word or a chapter or a definition, video, image etc. CCMS tracks the component but also tracks the information or metadata such as location of component, relationships and application of the component.

This CMS gives permission for storing and tracking of data in digital format, because those files can be changed and maintained by multiple users at one time. Without any HTML knowledge or programming knowledge users manage and store the document in DMS. You can edit, store and save the data without any hard paper.

Critical information is delivered to the correct audience by Enterprise CMS. This CMS that helps, collect, store, deliver and manage unstructured data for scan documents, email and reports etc. It is a very flexible CMS because it captures any file type from any location store automatically.

(4) Web  Content Management System (WCMS)

Two types of Cloud CMS first are fully cloud and second are partial clouds. Fully cloud exist on SaaS Companies and so may not be as customizable and may not work with third party add-on.
